Welcome to Spokii ("App", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the Spokii application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Nature of the Service

Spokii provides insights and recommendations based on astronomical calculations related to celestial body positions. These insights are intended to serve as prompts for personal reflection and self-awareness, not as factual predictions or guarantees.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• The App's content is based on astronomical data interpreted through non-scientific frameworks
• There is no scientific evidence supporting the accuracy of any insights provided
• The App cannot and does not predict the future
• Results may vary and no specific outcomes are guaranteed
• The insights are general in nature and may not apply to your specific situation

2. Entertainment Purpose Only

The App is provided for entertainment and recreational purposes only. Any similarities between the App's content and real-life events are coincidental. We make no claims about the validity, accuracy, or effectiveness of any information presented.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings

Refunds are handled according to Apple's App Store policies.

• WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Spokii and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
